Spiller Builders blocking road with fencing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3725849.

Spillers Builder blocked road with fencing forcing vehicles to back up and obstruct North street. The foot path closure is inadequate with insufficient diversion signage. Builders rude, aggressive and abusive when confronted.
