Worsening depression in road where sinkhole has been covered over

A hole appeared in the road here in May 2020 & was patched over soon afterwards. The road surface over the site of the original hole seems like it may be sinking again, cars increasingly scratch their bumpers on the road while driving over it. Please investigate
