Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Some folk can't grip the handle bar leading to the open green as the prow here has overgrown with hedges on one side and foliage on the other..the grass cutters are here today cutiing grass that does not need cutting too, yet they leave that which needs cutting back..
