Scaffolding obstruction forcing pedestrians to use road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There's some scaffolding totally obstructing the pavement which means pedestrians have to walk in the road.

Please can you check there are the relevant permissions or shielding/fencing for pedestrians is provided on-street.
