On the grassy/park area outside Junction 3 library the planter is broken, rotted. Some of planks have exposed nails/screws. Splinters of wood on ground around planter. Dangerous for all especially children/dogs.

  • The large planter has still not been fixed. It has exposed rusty nails and screws. Unsafe for people especially children and animals. The wood is rotted in places.
