Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Good morning-this fence panel is still down after 5 weeks - folks are dumping rubbish in there now too, it has not been fixed as you state. leaning it up or afixing it with cable ties is not the answer.it needs bolting back on or welding closed because the fools here will break it open again..
