8ft(2.5m) high 3ft wide Buddleja with hard points advancing over pavement

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 10:17, Thu 4 August 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Buddleja growing up out of the tarmac, and being partial obstruction, base/trunk only a couple inches from the wall, so not the join/gap of tarmac/wall, or imho not out of property boundary. Resident doesn't want it. A branch poked me in the chest as I pushed past. Imho needs removing by cutting down to ground and drilling, weed killer injected and capped, or it will just keep growing back just as much and roots enlarging , more damage to tarmac( trip hazard) and possibly media cabling . Classed as nuisance invasive species.
