Tree Root Damage

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3730419.

The roots of the tree have broken paving & shed concrete floor. It is a trip hazard for an 84 year old. Your tree surgeon was not helpful and insisted on closing the outstanding task If my mother falls and hurts herself I will be suing the council as I know have 3 complaints logged with 2 being closed with no action
