Manhole cover outside 80 Cumberland Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3730904.

This manhole cover has been double clanging whenever vehicles run over it. The problem was reported in April this year and it is disappointing to note that roadworks over the last few weeks passed on top of this cover and no attempt has made to solve the problem. Traffic lights have been in operation for the partially closed road and I would have thought it an ideal time to rectify the situation. This noise has been going intermittently for nearly 4yrs and despite the problem being closed by the council it has never been fully fixed. Could someone at the council please sort the problem.
