Abandoned Bicycle

This bicycle belonged to a student who used to live at No 1 Caledonia, where I also live. The foreign student left the building almost 3 months ago but left this bike chained to the railings opposite. As you can see it’s positioned in an obstructive manner, and having seen many elderly residents and visitors struggle to pass, as well as forcing people to walk in the road when the pavement is busy, I believe this obstacle needs removing as soon as possible.
