Constantly over grows and is pulling my fence down. I’ve had to replace fence panels twice.

Reported via mobile in the Wall/Fence/Gate damage category anonymously at 11:09, Fri 5 August 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The brambles and weeds are pulling my fence down. Someone has been out before and looked at the problem and accepted it’s the council’s problem and it would be put on the list when the maintenance was next due. This was a few years ago but nothing has been done. When the grass cutters are in the area they cut the grass about 3 foot back and leave the rest. I have reported this a number of times but nothing seems to be done. I’ve had to replace fence panels twice, with no help for the cost. I’m not prepared to pay for the fence to be replaced as the council have accepted it’s their responsibility. Also because it’s so overgrown we find rubbish is constantly dumped there. It’s causing wild life, including rats to be seen rummaging in the area. Please can someone contact me and let me know how and when this issue will be resolved?
