12 Heath Road hedge unmaintained and blocking pavement

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 23:39, Fri 5 August 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3734350.

The owner of 12 Heath Road is not maintaining the hedge/bush in the front garden which now has brambles growing out of it. The hedge/brush is now taking up half the pavement making it hard for vulnerable users (pushchairs, kids, elderly, blind people etc) to use the pavement making them have to step out into the road which is dangerous. This pavement is on a school route and is used regularly by parents/children. This issue has been there all year and is getting worse as the hedge/bush keeps growing.
