Taking my friend out in wheelchair , had to go in road as there was not enough width on path to safely use , as hedges have not been cut back enough , to make path wider , outside number 2 hayden gardens , , road is narrow as only one car can go either way , so felt very unsafe

    This has still not been cut back , as you can see from photo recycling boxes are on path so no way can I get a wheelchair safely on path , let alone with no recycling boxes there , I still need to go on the road which is extremely unsafe
