Overgrown bush next to garages and telephone pole

There is a large overgrown bush at the bottom of a telephone pole on great hayles road. The bush is so overgrown that it is encroaching onto garages and stands about 8foot up the telephone pole. It is blocking public roads and car park spaces and is particularly unsightly. Please remove the bush and kill it at the roots. It is a hazard for children in the area
