Hedge From Nearby House Blocking Pavement

A recent trim has not alleviated the longstanding issue of this hedge overhanging the pavement. It's a very tight corner on a busy road, and the obstruction forces pedestrians into the road to pass each other. Perhaps more importantly, it obscures the view of oncoming motorists.
