Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Cars are routinely parked in the pavement blocking pedestrian access in Hayward Road BS5. There is no or limited access for pushchairs, wheelchairs or pedestrians. This is an ongoing issue but currently a couple of cars are blocking virtually the entire pavement.
