Hedges over grown obstruction

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

On Whitchurch Lane from Banfield road along to lamp column 65 hedges blocking footway for mobility scooters and general public. This is owned by Bristol city council and not parks ,then from lamp column 64 to property 601 is owned by chief etc. This needs addressing urgently. It also blocks view for traffic turning right out of Banfield road.I reported this last year and only part was cut down.
