Road paint STILL hasn't been redone after 6 MONTHS

I reported back in March that the road lines were faded and was told it will be done. 6 MONTHS LATER and it's STILL not been done. The road has 5 lanes at one point and all the lines are severely faded and no visible.

How are the road inspectors so incompetent to not notice it's faded and needs repainting themselves?. Road roads dangerous and confusing at the best of times let alone with no road paint showing where any of the 5 lanes are
