Large amount of foliage has fallen into watercourse

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

It appears that a new fence as been installed on the right bank of the watercourse at the downstream end of Mina Road park. In doing so, about 20ftx5ft of dense ivy-type foliage (from the old fence) as been pushed into the the area of the watercourse. Worried about potential future flood risk this would cause.

    The old fence of the property seems to have been just pushed in to the watercourse along with the ivy growing on it.
