The road is melting AGAIN in the heat and more pot holes forming

The road was originally done a number of months ago, it then melted in the heat, it was then surface dressed only in the middle, soon after this pot holes formed (before the heat) now it is very hot and the road is melting again, it’s turning into slush again and more potholes are forming and getting bigger. Please can the road be properly done, what you have done the last few months has been a shambles and is terrible.
