Road resurfaced for second time - surface melting again.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Having resurfaced the road for a second time after first attempt melted, the surface has melted again and is sticky and smells strongly of bitumen. As with first time the road needs grit spread to the stop problem where traffic will rip up the surface to create even more potholes.
