Unfished tarmacking outside 27-29 bribery crescent

Reported via desktop in the General highways enquiry category anonymously at 13:45, Friday 12 August 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The tarmacking of the pavement resurfacing is light brown instead of black and marks every time it comes into contact with anything, it is soft. It appears as if it hasn't had a top coat put on top
