Fly tipping, over-flowing litter and a continuous problem.

This alleyway continuously attracts a build up of waste from local businesses and residents. It's been a persistent problem for years.

The little overflows and spreads down Hensmans Hill.

It needs to be removed and some kind of prevention (camera, barriers, other?) put in place so it deters it happening again.
