Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This has been reported several times with absolutely no attention given. Clear what the issue is - repeated parking from motor vehicles. Please take steps to stop this antisocial & costly behaviour & also get on with making our pavements less of an obstacle course - totally unsuitable for anyone old, infirm or with poor vision.
