Drain blocked with mud and cement

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 17:25, Tuesday 16 August 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A resident on Alton road had a cement delivery last week I noticed the builders were hosing down the road afterwards, later that day i noticed the drain at the end of the road is now blocked with mud and cement. I was able to just about poke a stick into it on that day. I thought the drains were looked after by Wessex water so contacted them, they told me to report to you. Today its raining and no rain water is able to get down the drain, it will imminently flood. The drain is at the bottom of the road on the right hand side as you go up the road.
