Individuals have poured oil down gulley and overflowed storm drain polluting the road and pavements and sweeping it into back lane nature corridor

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 22:56, Tuesday 16 August 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The road is polluted with debris and oil, the drain is full of sludgy oil. Local cats, dogs, foxes etc getting oily paws we are getting it on shoes and buggy and bike wheels. This pollution happened today during the rain. This is the second incident in the last few weeks. BCC came to collect several industrial size oil drums which had been dumped. The guys collecting the drums tipped oil out into the lane before taking the drums away.
