Storm damage - part Collapsed Tree on pavement & street

Partly collapsed tree, second half like to collapse imminently - urgent removal required as poses safety hazard to pedestrians and cars.

A dead tree from the garden has collapsed onto the pavement (Upper Berkeley Place) during the recent thunderstorms. Part of the tree has also collapsed onto a neighbouring tree, which is bending & about to collapse imminently. The route is frequented by pedestrians from the West End car park & by cars - poses a health & safety risk to both.
