Rubbish bins

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3772924.

There is a collection of various rubbish bins next to the Green Room at the bottom of Meridian Terrace. For some reason (just because there is space I assume) traders don't have them near their premises and just block this area sometimes they overflow as rubbish attracts more rubbish. What is the remedy? The issue has been there for several years and nothing is ever done about it
