Anti-weed underlay showing through sandpit

The sandpit needs some TLC. The black weed-proof barrier is showing through all over and needs some proper attention to remove or relay the liner prior to more sand adding.

I have watched the council workers top the sand pit up previously and although more sand is very much appreciated, they just chuck more sand on top, where a little thought and preparation is really required to do a better job that will last longer.
