Van parked and never moved

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3781354.

À van has parked in front of building 158 and never moved since at least one month, but could be more as I was away. This isn’t easy for all the residents of the buildings, who sometimes need to park there too. The vehicule is very large (it’s a van) and never moves. Almost seems abandoned. It’s really strange.
