Over grown vegetation on path on path and street restricting access

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3782853.

Citizen reports lots of overgrown vegetation on spring street all along the road and path, which blocks and restricts access for cars pedestrians. This citizen has cut some of the bushes back and has left the waste on the side of the a blue container in a pile which is a trip hazard
