Overgrown trees along the pathway - digging into the concrete fence

Dear Council Admin, Myself is the homeowner of 45 Willinton Road Knowle BS4 1HT property.
My tenants have left last 31 July, and i came to check the property - and unfortunately, noted that the tenants have not reported to myself the damage the overgrown trees has done from the garage concrete fence - there is a long gape that caused this tree that is oversisized. Also, in one photo - the growth has dislocated and damaged the concrete fence with the garage door; the overgrown trees is almost touching the garage roof at the moment. the damage is more on the overgrowth. Also, as this paved way used to be a walkway from people across the other side of Knowle. Since it has been covered - litter has been thrown there by passers by from the front. kindly have a look at this, as this will cause more damage to the property please. many thanks.
