Overgrown hedge extending into footath

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 11:50, Wednesday 31 August 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This the fence opposite Dinglewood Close and has been the subject of my reports on previous occasions. The Russian ivy which was cut back by BCC Contractors about 6 months ago has grown back and in addition is extending on the cable up the lap post nad should be removed. This is a contentious area due to lack pf clear ownership. However, as it is partly blocking the footpath is a subject for work by BCC. This matter expend up to and beyond the 3/4 Bus stop and to the area opposite end of Coombe lane
