Buddleia, overgrowth and dumped branches obstructing lane

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 15:55, Friday 2 September 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

On the lane to the side of the Rhubarb Tavern can be found a lot of buddleia and overgrowth growing through the fence, tangled in with a very large pile of branches/overgrowth cuttings that have also been dumped on the lane. This is a public right of way according to the Neighbourhood Enforcement Team and so this overgrowth should be cut back and cleared. Some flytipped rubbish including shopping bags and a hoover have also been dumped in the pile of branch cuttings.
