This tree has grown so tall and wide. The base has pushed over my boundary fence. It has broken both my garden path and thd path outside the gardens. The branches are overshadowing my garden which means there is not enough sunlight to grow anything. The branches are touching my roof making it easy fod squirrels to get to my guttering and in the roof possibly. I worry that the roors will niw be undermining my property and the water and sewarage drains undr ghe garden not yo mention the fas electrjcal and internet cabling. It needs to be removed. Sorry. The bushes surrounding it also need to be removed. I will send a separate report to environmenral health and parks about that

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3799573.

I think the tree and bushes surrounding it need to be wholly removed for the following reasons. . Tree is now on my property and I don't want it there. . Roots are likely to be endangering the foundations of my home. 12 Duebin Walk. .The pathway along 6 to 12 Durbin Walk is now damaged by the tree roots and a hazard for the public. .Vermin are gathering in great numbers to live at the base. Foxes also use this area to rest play and hunt for the eats and mice in plentiful supply . . Light cannot get through. . Birds eat the cherries from nearby trees and the stones constantly rain down on anyone in the garden.

I understand that covid restrictions have made if difficult to maintain the oarks snd trees to your usual high standard. But lack of care and maintenance has now resulted jn this tree snd surrounding bushes being out of control.
