Updates

  • My apologies I was keen to resolve the reported obstruction straight swat, other houses encroach on the pavement it’s in the same photo, I’ll of course cut further back if required though, happily :)

  • Oopsie daisy I meant straight away :)

  • These do need to be cut back fully. For reference, none of the plants belong to anyone who resides in Fallodon Way. If ownership is not known, is it worth them being completely removed? They need to be fully off the pavement as the pavement re-tarmacking can’t be completed without.

  • As I said, more than happy to cut them back further, I’ll wait to hear from the council and keep trimming it bit by bit in the meantime (hedge trimmer limitations). I’d think the resurfacing won’t be affected the pavement is no less clear than the other bushes in the same photo and all the way up the road to Henleaze Road. That said, I will though have an extra sweep of the prickle-crumbs and remove any stray limbs before they come, to be certain. Lastly ownership is known, it’s our hedge :)

  • Thank you for your response however now that you except the bushes are yours perhaps you could remove the bottom bits at the end of your wall that grow over the pavement and collect the leaves in autumn as this would solve a problem completely thank you.

  • Tarmacking has started but they won’t be able to do this bit of the pavement .

  • To be aware the property line doesn’t follow the wall. By any measure there is no obstruction. The leaves in the gutter are windfall, all other bush-crumbs from the cutting-back removed.

    State changed to: Fixed
