When you cycle in that area, the turn is quite steep and you can easily end up in the green area, where there is a big drop. Last week my bike got stuck there and ended up in A&E with knee, hand, shoulder and face/teeth injury and having to privately sort my teeth out.

I think that could be easily avoided by filling that big gap.
