Double yellow lines

Before the new homes in this area there were double yellow lines. This is such a hazard and obstruction for most neighbours is this area. Since the school has opened here people are parking on this spot . It's causes great concern and issue . I have many problems trying to access and leave my drive as cars are parked on the opposite pavement we're there was yellow lines before. This road as you may be aware is a narrow road and is hard enough leaving my drive and entering. Please could you consider this concern.
