Large weeds growing through pavement and plant overgrowth

Hi There are large weeds (too thick to pull up by hand) and plant overgrowth blocking about 40% of the pavement outside number 24 Upper Belgrave Road. The weeds growing up through the pavement will cause damage eventually. Thanks.
