Drain completely blocked and growing weeds

I raised this on 10/7/22. I received an email of the case being closed on 2/9/22 stating the reason as 'fixed'. On checking the drain today, please see a new photo of the drain clearly not 'fixed'.

This will cause large problems come winter as the water comes off Brislington meadows into this drain. Please clear drain.
