Handrail on top flight of steps has been removed but not replaced. This was caused by a van rolling backwards down the incline,

This was reported by myself several months ago ,and has been ignored, This Will become even more of a hazard when snow or ice is around

  • This is the same response as when it was first reported in March. I appreciate that this could involve an insurance claim, but replacing the handrail is an important issue, as it is potentially very dangerous. Please can you offer some explanation why this issue has taken almost 6 months to resolve .
