Drain overflowing and flooding garden and garage

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 10:31, Wednesday 7 September 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Reported several times, last time ref 3444480. Drain constantly overflows and floods our garden and garage even after it has been cleaned out by ETM. There is clearly an issue with drain that needs more than just clearing out. If this problem persists and nothing is investigated and sorted out we will be seeking legal action and contacting the local press to highlight the incompetence BCC who clearly think that it is ok to allow a council tax payers property to flood as they are doik the cheapest fix to a problem that need more then what they ate doing. This report will now be kept on file by myself to escalate if this issue is not sorted out once and for all

  • Once again with rain fall this drain has over flowed and it was only cleaned out yesterday by ETM, as a result our drain put in by our self's on our drive has had all the silt and rubbish from the whole street washed in to it resulting in it now not draining correctly causing it to over flow and flood (pic taken on the 8/9/2022 @16:51)
