Half of drain cover missing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3815649.

The drain cover appears to be made in two triangular halves and one half is now missing. this has resulted in a potentially hazardous situation, particularly for walkers and cyclists. it could also result in considerable damage to vehicles leaving Forest Drive to go down Knole Lane.
