Hedge extending across half the pavement

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 18:12, Tue 13 September 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3823321.

At the corner of Oldbury Court Drive, Fishponds and Vassall Road (which is very dark at night), the side garden hedge of house number 115 extends across approx. half of the pavement, meaning disabled people, women with push chairs etc. have no alternative but to walk in the street (Oldbury Court Drive) if they wish to pass - or cross the street. This is particularly dangerous at night since it's a dark corner and oncoming vehicles (travelling along Vassall Road) can't see pedestrians in the road.
