Resident of parsons street's disabled parking bay that is on highbury road outside the flower shop has not been re-instated after road resurfacing that took place back in june. It was promised to be done within 12 weeks and once the weather has cooled down. Both of these circumstances are present please can we get this re-instated as urgently as possible. Citizen is really struggling and it is effecting her day-t-day life.
