Overgrown grass & Japanese knotweed

Have already raised this to be told its been fixed. Nothing has been done, it looks the same. This has been overgrown for months. Japanese knotweed is getting into neighbouring boundaries. There have been sightings of foxes. Grass needs cutting & Japanese knotweed removed please. Location is Beaufort Close BS5 8DJ, its an empty housing plot. Ref 3804618. Regards
