Buddleia, dumped branches, still present by Rhubarb Tavern

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 23:40, Thu 15 September 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3828830.

This is an update in relation to the previously logged report of buddleia/dumped branch cuttings being present on the lane to the side of the Rhubarb Tavern (reference number 3798357). As the attached photo taken this evening shows, the overgrowth/branch cuttings have still not been removed despite the previous report of this issue being closed, and as is also demonstrated in the photo this overgrowth/dumped branches are continuing to encourage flytipping on the lane (which is a public right of way according to the Neighbourhood Enforcement Team). Underneath the branches is actually a short section of pavement that is completely obstructed.
