Road marking havent been re-instated after road resurfacing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3839010.

Road resurfacing took place two years ago in paultow avenue and they double yellow lines still haven't ben reinstalled. is there a reason for this?
