Flooding issue

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3839511.

Flooding issue outside house number 44. Tested by Bristol Water and Enviro Agency who have said that it is not water from a pipe but 'natural water' (ground or spring) and needs to be investigated by BCC team.
