Street lamps 20 & 21 not lit

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3840125.

Two street lamps, numbered 20 & 21, outside Allen House on College Road are out. If this is an unadopted road then please let me know who the responsible organisation is. Thanks
